1. Introduction

These terms outline how you, the model (“you”), work with LushDolls (“we” or “the agency”). By signing up and using our services, you agree to follow the terms below. If anything doesn’t sit right, please don’t proceed with your registration.

2. Who Can Join

2.1. You must be 18 years or older to work with us.

2.2. You must provide accurate, truthful information during sign-up.

2.3. You need a reliable internet connection and a working device (phone, tablet, or computer) suitable for webcam modelling.

3. Representation on Streamate

3.1. When you join LushDolls, you give us the exclusive right to represent you on the Streamate platform for a rolling period of six (6) months. This period resets every time you log in and stream.

3.2. During this time, you agree to use Streamate only through LushDolls and not through any other agency or account.

3.3. If you ever decide to leave LushDolls while you’re registered on Streamate through us, you agree that you won’t be able to rejoin or create a new account on Streamate for six (6) months after your departure.

3.4. Any attempt to bypass or go around this agreement on Streamate may lead to removal from the agency.

4. Duration of Representation

4.1. Your representation with LushDolls begins as soon as you register and continues on a rolling six (6) month basis for Streamate. Every time you stream, the period resets.

4.2. If you want to leave before your 6 months are complete, you must give written notice. You’ll still be subject to the 6-month Streamate restriction from the date you leave.

5. What We Expect From You

5.1. You agree to perform professionally and follow any tips, guidance, or rules shared by our team.

5.2. You agree to keep any private or sensitive info shared by LushDolls or our clients confidential.

5.3. You’re responsible for the content you create on cam. LushDolls isn’t liable for anything you broadcast, and you agree to cover any claims that arise from it.

6. Payments

6.1. You’ll be paid according to the commission structure and payout schedule shared with you during onboarding.

6.2. We deduct our agreed agency commission and any necessary fees from your earnings before sending payment.

7. Ending the Agreement

7.1. We may stop working with you at any time if you breach this agreement or for any reason we feel is necessary.

7.2. You may also choose to stop working with us at any time by sending written notice, as explained in section 4.2.

8. Updates to This Agreement

8.1. We may update these terms when needed. If anything changes, we’ll let you know. If you continue working with us after that, it means you accept the new terms.

9. Legal Stuff

9.1. This agreement follows the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled in UK courts.

10. Ongoing Agreement

10.1. By using our services, receiving payments, or continuing to log in and model through LushDolls, you agree to these terms as they stand — even if we haven’t asked you to sign anything again.
